Tenant Find or Property Management Plus
Listed below is a brief summary of the services we include as part of our Tenant Find option, all delivered on a 'no let no fee' basis. Our most competitive one-off fee is only payable upon successful tenancy occupation. Thereafter we take no further involvement.
Is the Tenant Find service the right option for you?
Our tenant finding service goes way beyond that of a simple tenant introduction service and is an ideal solution if you are an experienced landlord and are fully aware of the complex legalities and compliance issues associated with property rentals. Furthermore, when considering this option, it is important that you take other factors into account. For example, living within reasonably close proximity to the rental property is vital as is your willingness and ability to act promptly and efficiently as and when problems occur. You must also be prepared to deal with urgent/essential repairs and be able to negotiate ongoing renewal agreements. The list of landlord obligations and potential tenant demands can be quite overwhelming to even the most experienced of landlords. Assuming you are confident that you have the knowledge and ability to deal with all these things we would recommend our Tenant Find service to you. If not, we strongly recommend that you instruct us to provide total property management on your behalf. Our tenant screening and referencing service is excellent. However, personal circumstances can change. As part of our Property Management Plus service we act on your behalf at the first sign of rental arrears arising.
