By registering with Velo Estates your requirements are added to our property database ensuring that suitable property details are sent to you promptly. You can be confident that we will inform you only of those properties that, in principle at least, meet your criteria.
Velo Estates will strive to provide you with as much information as we can in advance of you drawing up shortlists for personal viewing.
When viewing properties for sale on our website, photographic images can be enlarged to supersize and, at the click of your mouse, you can embark upon virtual tours of the property. Our 360 degree virtual tours are fully interactive and offer you the option, to amongst other functions, zoom in/out and get a much greater feel for the property in question. Our professionally CAD drawn floorplans can also be enlarged, enabling you to establish a thorough insight into the property layout. For your convenience, we detail all room sizes in both metric and imperial measurements.
Having drawn up a shortlist of homes you would like to view in person, contact us without delay and mutually convenient appointments will be arranged with the vendors, on your behalf.
Should you wish to make an offer for any of the properties viewed, please call us as soon as possible and we will immediately inform our client of your offer by telephone and in writing.
Subject to the vendor accepting your offer, we will continue to monitor the progress of your purchase right through to completion. We will update you as and when developments take place and we welcome contact from you at any time in between. All communications between ourselves, our clients, other buyers/sellers that may make up a chain and respective legal representatives are logged for instant and easy reference.
